All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or approved credit terms. Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (18% applicable). GST invoices are issued for all orders.
Products are sold for professional B2B use only. Esspron is not responsible for misuse, improper operation, or decisions made based on breathalyzer readings.
All products are shipped with NABL calibration certificates. Accuracy is guaranteed as per specifications at the time of shipment. Recalibration is the buyer's responsibility as per the schedule specified in the calibration certificate.
Products carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal sensor wear.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
