Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong products shipped. The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and calibration certificate intact.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
