Returns & replacements
Report any manufacturing defect or transit damage within the stated window of delivery for a replacement, subject to inspection. Devices must be returned with all accessories and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Calibration and customised/bulk orders may be non-refundable as agreed in the quote.
